With a long family tradition of farming we established Mill Brook Farms in 2002.  Since then we have been providing the area with easy access to higher quality beef.

            You are what you eat

  • Typical grocery store beef is from cows raised in crowded feed lots, force-grown with injections of growth hormones and antibiotics made necessary by horrific conditions. Their feed often consists of GMO grains treated with pesticides and other chemicals.

  • Grass fed beef has been proven to be a better source of nutrients is free of antibiotics, steroids, hormones, pesticides, herbicides and other harmful substances. It is lower in fat, higher in omega 3s,  higher in beta carotene, vitamins and minerals, lower in saturated fats and lower in total fat. Our beef is raised slowly and naturally on grass in  our Connecticut pastures. Its the best heart healthy option for red meat eaters.
